Turning Points
& STOP

The Turning Points Program is a court-ordered program through Center for Survivors that helps women who have used violence against their abuser. This program, which began in 2015, focuses on healthy coping mechanisms, helping women identify healthy and unhealthy relationships, and how to make better choices in their lives. This 12-week course uses a victim-based curriculum.

The STOP Program is another batterer’s intervention class offered to women through Center for Survivors. This program is a more intensive, 27-week program that focuses on accountability and teaches non-violent interaction skills to female batterers in order to reduce violence in their relationships.
